Here's how to measure yourself:

Waist

Find your natural waistline, roughly at belly button height, and wrap the tape around there.

Hip

Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips. That's usually right around your butt.

Length

Start at the top of the waistband. Run the tape straight down to the hem. Keep it flat and snug, not tight. Measure in a straight line without pulling the fabric.

Our tip: Keep the tape loose, not snug. This t-shirt is designed to fit relaxed, so measuring too tightly will throw off your size. Don't worry if your measurements don't match the size chart exactly. The light stretch means it adapts to different bodies.
