Do you ship outside Germany?
Right now we only ship within Germany, 2 to 3 business days via DHL. Shipping within Germany is free on every order. We know many of you are waiting for us to ship outside Germany, and we're already working on making that possible soon.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. You can also reuse our shipping bags for returns, so please keep the original packaging. Please send your return within 14 days of your return request. We'll issue your refund as soon as your parcel arrives back with us – so the sooner you send it, the sooner you get your money back.
To begin your return, follow the steps below.
- Log into your account:
- Click on Login in the site menu.
- Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code, enter it on the site, and access your account — no password required.
- Select your order:
- Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click Request Return.
- Choose items & reason:
- Select the specific items you want to send back.
- Choose the return reason and add any optional notes or photos if requested.
- Submit your request:
- Click Request Return.
- Once approved by our team, you will receive an email confirmation with return instructions and shipping details.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes. Return shipping is 6.19 EUR via DHL Retoure Online. This amount is deducted from your refund, so there's nothing to pay upfront, you just need to drop the package off.
How should I wash and care for my PROLIFIQUE pieces?
To keep your PROLIFIQUE pieces looking good and feeling comfortable for a long time, here are a few simple care tips.
Care Instructions
- Turn your pieces inside out and wash them at 30°C on a regular cycle.
- Wash with similar colours to keep the colours bright.
- Air dry so your pieces keep their shape and soft feel.
- Skip the tumble dryer so your pieces last longer.
- No ironing needed.
- Do not iron over prints.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
How can I make sure I choose the right size?
Each PROLIFIQUE piece comes with a size guide and the available size range is listed on the product page. We recommend checking the measurements before placing your order to find the best fit.
Most of our fabrics have 4-way stretch or a light stretch, so they move with you and stay comfortable.

When is the next collection coming?
We’re always working on what comes next and taking your feedback on board along the way. When we have a new collection coming, we’ll let you know ahead of time on our social media channels and in our newsletter, so you’re not left wondering what’s next.
Discount codes
Each discount code can only be used once, so you get the most out of your personal offer. Discount codes apply to full-price items. We send your discount code straight to your email or share it on our social media channels, so you don’t miss an offer.
