Do you ship outside Germany?
Right now we only ship within Germany, 2 to 3 business days via DHL. Shipping is starting at 5 EUR, depending on the weight of the parcel. Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR. We're working on expanding from here.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes once we’ve inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. After approval, you may need to wait up to 6 business days for the money to appear in your account.
You can reuse our shipping bags for returns, so please keep the original packaging. Ship your return within 3-4 business days of approval. If the return is delayed, we may not be able to issue a refund.
To begin your return, follow the steps below.
- Log into your account:
- Click on Login in the site menu.
- Enter the email address you used when placing your order.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code, enter it on the site, and access your account — no password required.
- Select your order:
- Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click Request Return.
- Choose items & reason:
- Select the specific items you want to send back.
- Choose the return reason and add any optional notes or photos if requested.
- Submit your request:
- Click Request Return.
- Once approved by our team, you will receive an email confirmation with return instructions and shipping details.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes. Return shipping is 6.19 EUR via DHL Retoure Online. This amount is deducted from your refund, so there's nothing to pay upfront, you just need to drop the package off.
